Sauberkeit Haus und Zimmer. Das Haus als solches. Das Frühstück.

Installationen im Zimmer (Ventilator Bad, Abfluss Waschbecken, Steckdosen) schlecht bis defekt. Nicht mal in billigste Teile wird investiert bzw. ersetzt: Zerfetztes Handtuch. Salz und Pfefferstreuer zum Frühstück kaputt und versifft. Personal freundlich ja, aber leider wenig hilfsbereit (bei Reparatur im Bad (Wasseraustritt) mussten wir pushen (sonst "tomorrow"), Gepäckdepot nach Abreise verweigert, Hilfe für Anrufe in laotisch gbs nicht ("you WhatsApp"). Nur eine Person spricht Englisch. Was Anliegen der Gäste angeht, hängt fast alles an ihr. Sie tut das Möglichst nebst Mutterpflichten. . Preis-Leistung passte hier gar nicht zusammen.

This place is run by a lovely family, always on hand and extremely helpful! Nice room, had a balcony and fridge.

Only negative was the shower & bathroom. Bathroom had a really bad smell & the shower was not good. It doesn’t have a shower head so hardly any water comes out.
