Bien placé à proximité de phou si, night market, du Mékong et du palais royal. Le personnel est très arrangeant , ils nous ont commandé nos billets de train avec navette gratuite pour se rendre à la gare. Réserver également un van Collectif pour faire les cascades de kuang si. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Bon Petit déjeuner mais pas extraordinaire Bruit de clim de l'extérieur

Pas trop excentré du centre.

Chambre sans rangement et trop petite pour entreposer les sacs à dos (2 adultes + 2 enfants), avec odeurs venant de la salle de bain.Petits déjeuners vraiment sommaires, ne donnant pas envie d’y revenir, et servis seulement jusqu’à 9h. A 29€/nuit on peut trouver beaucoup mieux.

Safe could not be used as it was permanently locked. Bathroom bin not emptied during our stay; fridge and lamp not working but were replaced. Very annoying noise throughout the night; some device going on and off.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und gibt einem Tipps wo man hinkann und man bekommt sogar eine Map :) Simples aber leckeres Frühstück (man bekommt immer noch ein Obstteller dazu) Die Betten sind bequem und man hat genug Ablagefläche für seine Sachen.

Es hat im Bad sehr nach Kanalisation gerochen. Wenn man die Tür jedoch geschlossen hält, dann kommt es nicht ins Zimmer, weswegen für uns halb so schlimm war.

Location was great, air con, comfortable bed, free breakfast.

We had some issues upon check in. We were told that if we cancelled our original booking online, they’d give us a free motorbike for a day. We agreed, and after we’d cancelled our booking they told us our original room we booked wasn’t available and so we had the standard room. When we asked whether we’d get refunded the difference, the woman refused and said no. When we were shown to our room, it was two single beds pushed together. The bathroom also had a very bad smell of egg and blocked drains. We’ve been travelling Asia for months and are happy to be flexible and pragmatic! We have stayed in a range of accommodation so the issue wasn’t a smaller room or the last minute change. The problem is feeling scammed - being encouraged to cancel your online booking so that you are unable to leave reviews and then refusing to refund the difference! I hope this is a one off but would just want other travellers to be aware.
