"Heritage Rishikesh hotel on the Ganga."

Great location on River Ganga. Ganga Aarthi organised in the hotel itself. Better than the big Ganga Aarthi at dusk in Haridwar.

On a busy main road and difficult to find the entrance to car park. No lift / elevator - being heritage hotel...

It is convenience to access anywhere, and good location for view of river.

It is better to provide annual how to use TV. And it needs tissue paper in room. It is necessary of bathrobes as standard. It needs to request by resident.

"Good location & view - but very costly."

Location and view.

Extremely costly. Its a 5 star hotel rate for a 3 star city hotel. Costly.. that too on mid week days & non season time. This place is worth only for a maximum of Rs. 5 to 6 thousands per day - not a penny more. In addition, the Restaurent food is very mediocre and nothing great. But again expensive.

Dirty room broken toilet seat worst breakfast ever. Staff in breakfast no communication at all.

"Exceptional"

Fantastic location right on the ghats, welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful views of Ganga ji from the Ganga facing rooms. Yoga sessions!! Delicious food. Amazing and tasteful decor ! Would go there again and again!!

Could do with new sink or bath as the firniture was hanging. The rest is excellent
