GBGood location, outside looks a little run down but the rooms are nice with clean bathroom, comfortable bed and AC. Free water refills!
Had a few issues with ants on the bed but they allowed us to change rooms, still some ants around windows etc so kindly gave us any spray to resolve! Had to ask for toilet roll etc
INBDMisbehavior, room lock problem, Bath room has bugs, language problem does not understand English.
FIThe location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants, laundry, cafes etc. Good AC. Comfortable bed and pillows, you can pick between a harder and a softer one. Bathroom floor gets dry fast after shower. I would stay again.
The hotel was under some renovation and someone worked until midnight (it didn't bother me since I went to sleep around that time) and I did wonder why they have to do loud things so late. Or why didn't they inform that sorry we have renovation going on. (I hope they fix up the rooms too, some smoothing of walls and some other little things would do good) There is added tax in price, I didn't remember if it's told when you book it. You have to pay everything in cash. You can hear neighbors and street noises quite well but earplugs work.
NOAmazing location! The room is good, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is clean. You get free water (hot and cold), and also some Tea/coffee in the room. Staff is helpful.
Nothing really. The «additional charges and fees» is quite high, but its the same almost at every Hotel in Malaysia. But yeah, keep that in mind when you book.
