We appreciated the friendly efficient staff and the welcome drink. Our rooms were a ailable even though we arrived mid morning. The restaurant and coffee was excellent and 24 hr. The pool was perfect.

The furniture near the pool needs repairs. The location of the mosque and associated noise at 4.20 am was not good. If you stay in a roadside room and noton the pool side it was quieter. Overall a very nice hotel and perfect base to start our Local Guides orangotang tour in Tanjung Puting National Park

Staff were courteous and helpful. Lovely large lounge with comfortable chairs to relax in. The place was generally clean. Complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of food options. Nice large pool.

Music playing each morning in the breakfast area was loud and distracting.
