"Great hotel before or after the trip to Tanjung Puting NP"

Great staff, comfy hotel with nice pool. Buffet breakfast with a lot of choice. The receptionist let us check in at 8am. The room was spacious and very clean.

Swimming pool

Some of the facilities were a bit old and neglected. Restaurant was missing many items from the menu. I contracted a 90’ massage but it only lasted 70’.

It is a good place to spend a night or two while visiting the Orangutans. There were changes to our plans and the reception staff were really flexible and helpful with making the arrangements. The pool is a nice place to kill some time and while there isn't much in the town, everyone was so friendly that we felt at home.

Some rooms low down without a pool view have some traffic noise. No free airport pick up.

"Exceptional"

We stayed one night at this hotel after doing and orangutan boat tour. The rooms were big, and super comfortable (they even provide two different pillows with soft or hard firmness). They have a beautiful pool and a great breakfast. The hotel will also arrange transportation to and from the airport for extra cost.
