Staff were very helpful and friendly.

.The restaurant was good but expensive compared to the rest of the stay. There weren't many other options so we were glad it was there

there was a rat nesting under the chair at the pool.

The location of the hotel walking distance from the River Arut. New hotel with clean, bright, facilities and big room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff Good breakfast buffet

On check-in I specifically asked for a quiet room after 2 nights sleeping badly on the deck of a kelotok, and was assured by the receptionist that this was going to be the case. When we reached my room I discovered that it was on the street side and the traffic noise was quite disturbing. Only then was I told that all the rooms facing the pool and garden were occupied. Good customer service would have been to tell me that in the first place. The bath/shower arrangement is not disability friendly. It's difficult to get in and out of the bath tub with such a wide rim.

Check-in was smooth and pool was great.

The room had a "moth-ball" smell, which went away after the aircon was switched on. Reappeared whenever one left the room and returned. I guess it is just linked to humidity and damp. Not too off-putting. Not many choices around.

Rooms are specious. Staff is very welcoming.

Poor coffee and little breakfast choice for foreigners.

What I liked most was that it was well-situated (not far from the airport), it had a big enough swimming pool and also a restaurant.

The hotel was divided into smoking and non-smoking areas. It was only upon my arrival that I learned that I had to add a fee if I wished to have a non-smoking room.
