初日Wi-Fiが故障中で翌日には回復との事でしたが翌日でもまだ故障中のまま。 時間帯によってシャワーの水圧がほぼ0。 3Fだとしても酷すぎ。

Distance from the beach and that its pet-friendly. Fair price given the location. Some rooms do not have ref so better request beforehand. Food heating is possible upon request to the restaurant at the beachfront. Apartment style hotel so manage expectations upon arrival.

They already have transpo service(toktok) prepared for you but better to be aware on the fair value of the area especially if you will be staying multiple days and have multiple trips to different areas to avoid any unexpected mark-ups by drivers. Fair value as of august 2025 150-200Php per vehicle or 50PHP per person

Location and the complimentary breakfast right by the sea was excellent

First I want to say it’s hard to say what I liked about this property because it was all a great experience!!! From the moment I arrived the staff was very helpful and owner greats you which is a big plus… They recommended me some activities and gave me one of the best tour guides I have had in the Philippines and I have came 8 times in 2 years this was hands down the best… The place is clean and net rooms didn’t smell like your typical hotel room.. If you are a solo traveler or a couple even a family and want to experience a different type of Philippines with adventure and of course comfort this is the place for you… By the way going to end this review with try the pizza it’s amazing !!!!! I will definitely be staying here agian…

The only thing I can say about the property and it’s nothing property can do is the pressure from the local vendors that sometimes don’t even let you enjoy the beach view but like I said nothing to do with the property just giving everyone that reads this to don’t say yes because the rest of your stay they will constantly harass you to buy something…

Breakfast was delicious, quickly served, and Glen was super helpful, not only with breakfast but assistance with getting to the ferry terminal and the schedule!

Peu de respect pour le sommeil. Clients très bruyants, parfois en compagnie du boss jusqu'à 3h du mat. .

I like that the place is near the beach. Just a minute walk and is quiet in the evening. Also near IG-worthy diners. The room is spacious with complete amenities like shower, water heater, room fridge, tables and chairs, closet. They also have free water in the reception area. The bed is big enough and has 4 big pillows with one blanket. The room may turn very cool in the evening. The attendants are also polite and proative in offering their help and services.

I hope that there's also available water dispensers every floor or atleast on the second floor so that renters on the 3rd flr don't need to go all the way down.

It was reasonably cheap for the area. Good air con. A little fridge.

I was up 2 flights of stairs - which was annoying because I wanted to go in and out from the room all day to the beach or other excursions, but otherwise quite close to the beach. The path into and out of the hotel would flood. The included breakfast is not worth it - go up to the main street for really tasty, really cheap, local baked goods.
