Marion Roos Hotel

The rooms are clean and beds are comfy.. The owners and staff are all accomodating, nice and helpful.. The food was also delicious and have generous servings. From breakfast to late night snacks and drinks were superb!!! Will definitely stay there again..

Customer service was great. From sending messages on directions, coordinating for the service and even lending us a flat iron. Options for complimentary breakfast were good. Breakfast by the beach is very relaxing. We stayed in room #5. It looks newly renovated and clean. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Good for families.

While there's wifi, signal is kind of weak inside the room. It's not much of a big deal though as we stayed outdoors most of the time.

The owner was super accommodating, helped us around the city. The rooms were clean and didn't smell, as it's usually the case in the Philippines. If I'm coming back to Puerto, I'll definitely choose this place once again.

The staffs were friendly. Rooms are standard and nothing fancy but it is very clean. The linens are white and doesn't have stains. Breakfast is good.

The Wifi has no connection majority of the time.

Nice and brand new room. Very close to the beach (a few meters distance) and restaurant, bar, shop, market. Thank you so much to owner and her staff

The room was not what was shown on their website. Water leaked in the bathroom and the floor was always wet and I use a walker. Their free breakfast was good tasting but proportioned for a four year old. The location is horrible you have to walk down a dirt filthy alley terrible hotel location, and did not clean our room while we were there my wife cleaned it. Never would i recommend or stay there again.
