Everything and especially Jenny was amazing! So kind, she knows everything and wants to help all the time!

Staff extremely helpful and kind

Noisy area, light outside the window. Difficult to sleep.

Room was clean and tidy ,a little bit dated but I don't let that put me off.

The lady on reception was great. Within walking distance of a local nightmarket & a couple of restaurants

The room was ok but needed maintenance, the shower pole was hanging off the wall a little, for example - definitely in need of a refurb. The bathroom (including the toilet) is separated from the area where the bed is by glass, no blind, so no privacy at all.

Jenny was very friendly and helpful . Was upgraded to a better room . Breakfast included . Comfy bed . Good location . Free shuttle to Peir Room was fairly nice and comfortable

Pillows to hard for me . Shower hardly had any room to be able to get in it . View from deck was awful .

The room is clean and the staff was very helpful.

Staff were very helpful with requested rides and other needs such as directions for supermarkets. Great bed, shower, and food.

There were a lot of fire work noises at night
