Not a lot- stop over close to airport Close to beach

Room wasn’t clean- dirty walls, flies and lizards on roof Staff was not friendly when communicating with being over charged asked why this is and staff was rude Location isn’t great, need to walk far for good food (pizza restaurant would recommend in local area walkable distance) They said they offered free shuttle from airport, this was false as they said I could not get on the day Greatly overpriced for one night in a twin room Bedding very outdated City itself is not great- used for a stop over Staff did not introduce the property we stayed at, had to ask questions - what time is breakfast, WiFi password etc staff rushed us to our room.

Stayed here before,great location for beach. The staff were great especially Jenny the manager. Owner Benny nice friendly guy,will stay here next time in Sihanoukville.

Clean and fresh bedlinen and towels. Big rooms. Very good localisation close to the beach. Nice and helpfull staff. Good coffee and omlet for the breakfast.

Required deep cleaning and painting. Air conditioning system should be serviced.

Sihanoukville in general is an awful city and the area nearby was uncomfortable

Lovely, friendly, helpful reception lady Comfortable beds Nice breakfast ( fruit for my friend who is vegan) Free tuk tuk ride to the ferry port

The buildings around are awful ( falling apart or being built) Fireworks sounds throughout the night. This is not the fault of the property.

Sihanoukville

Friendly staffs, good location, and food. Especially, location is very nice, being close to the beach and boat ticket office. You can easily walk on the beach or hop on a boat to do a day trip to an island. As importantly, all the staffs are so nice and friendly. They make the cozy atmosphere which makes you feel like staying at the hotel a little bit longer.

If all the staffs spoke English, it would be great.
