Anna is a joy as a host. Always nice and friendly with a smile in her face. Directly at the beach. Nice restaurants nearby and a hugh publics as well.

I have the last 3rd Genius level on Booking.com. I never had so worst experience with hotels. I was on a business trip. Drives 4.5 hours, tired. The one thing that was needed is a shower. The check-in is so ridiculous, I parked where Waze is pointed. No check-in, as usual, saw the sign on the building, it was a map showing wheels the check-in is located! We walked behind the building and found another map of where the check-in is located. some people outside asked us about the check-in and told us that we need to pass the road and go a couple of hundred feet to another building. I did not believe that person and start calling the hotel, but my call was put on pre-hold. Another person from the street, name Alex, asked us “do we want to check it?” I was angry at that moment already. Alex mentioned that another building is located maybe 700 feet on the different side of the road just for check-in. We took the car, drove to that building, made a check it, and drove back to the first building. It’s ridiculous!!! you should pass the quest to check in! I wanted just to shower, but there is no hot water!!! I waited 10 min, and the water is slightly warm!!! Anna texted me and asked if everything ok? I texted that everything is not ok and we don’t have hot water. We decided to go outside and take some food. After maybe 2 hours we returned to the room and checked the water, after 5 min the water become hot. Finally! That was the worst check-in and night in my life. I still can’t believe that someone decided to make check-in for 3 hotels (as I understand) in one different building where I need to go hundreds of feet. What If we had no car and have 2-3 suitcases? How does the hotel management imagine that? The people should walk with their suitcases, cross the highway, just to check it and then go back the same path to their rooms! Bravo! The bed! The mattress is so soft that we fell through on it. it is springy. I can't sleep on these.
