Access to the 3 hotels was nice.

The TV in the living room wouldn't connect to the network. Very limited viewing. No one came back to fix it.

Reception staff were brilliant when we arrived really helpful and friendly. Room was pleasant and clean with lovely touches. especially the text to ask if everything was ok. Outside games and pool was lovely and kept my bigger boys happy. harbour was clean and very pretty and beach location was fantastic.

we received complementary drinks vouchers (that we couldn’t use) bar didn’t accept them. Morning staff however made us feel very uncomfortable when we went down for coffee and we were made to feel like we were a nuisance even ignored by older gentleman when handing back room key. my daughter (18) felt like she was doing something wrong when she was admiring the Elvis machine. I didn’t realise that we needed to cross the big road to access beach and amenities which was disappointing especially with children. Really could benefit from adding some coffee and creamers to room for those early risers and a drinks machine outside. (tried to buy coffee on way back from beach but couldn’t find any) A map of the 3 locations would have been good also. Pool on our side had a bird in so we didn’t fancy a swim.
