Very clean well presented. Room was very nice beds comfy. Bar area was good well priced. Staff were friendly and looked after us well. We booked the same afternoon as we arrived and everything was ready like we’d booked in advance.

Room was very clean and warm, plenty of tea & coffee facilities. Disabled access with enough space for a wheelchair inside the room. Location was good only a short walk to shops and sea front. No problem parking. Excellent choices for breakfast and evening meal, food lovely . Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Only 1 little thing could have done with a little side table on the other side of the bed.

"Lovely stay with great weather."

Nice room with our little dog,liked the garden with the birds and fish,very friendly staff had everything we needed.

Think cereals should of been out on display for breakfast,Normally breakfast is included in the price of the room everywhere else we have been.
