Yala Peace Cottages

Exceptionnel... au calme 4 superbes bungalows avec une piscine, à 10 mètres, au milieu des cocotiers, ouverte jusqu'à 22h... c est calme et moins dangereux que les plages du sud. Grand cottage, literie excellente. Les hôtes sont super sympas, nous avons discuté longuement avec eux après le repas. Très bon restaurant sur place, poisson frais vu avant la cuisson. Idéalement placé pour un Safari au parc national de Yala. Le matin ils nous ont prêté des scooters pour aller admirer un lac a 5 min, un de ses amis nous a accompagné, faune (nombreux oiseaux, iguanes et un crocodile !!!) et sa flore Petit déjeuner compris succulent et gargantuesque

Very nice stuff, owner Manju, can organize you great safari. We were driven buy one of personel, had a great experience! Breakfast very rich and very good. Place also have their own restaurant, recommend to try as much as you can, very tasty food. Nice pool great for cooling down after safari. Quiet and exotic place.

Magnifique propriété et personnel ultra accueillant et bienveillant, à l’écoute et de très bons conseils. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux.

Pas de wifi dans les chambres. Attention : prévoyez du cash pour le paiement car le paiement par carte ou virement n’est pas possible

It was a great visit! The hotel is situated in a nice area with a possibility to relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the staff members took us on a walk to look for crocodiles, birds and unusual plants. Great opportunity to explore the rural area. The food was good as well as the pool.

Le calme, peu de cottages de peu de monde, belle piscine avec transats, chambres spacieuses tout comme la salle de bain, restaurant excellent, personnel adorable, safari bien organisé et guide très compétent. Authenticité avec les locaux, belle balade au bord du lac.

La chambre n’etait pas d'une propreté irréprochable, mais c'est correct. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude, mais la douche à l'eau « froide » est tout à fait possible :)

Welch eine schöne einsame Anlage, ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort, nur umgeben von Naturgeräuschen! Toller Pool, Besitzer hilft beim Organisieren, auch von Safaris oder Touren. Das gesamte Personal ist supernett. Wir haben der Einfachheit halber auch dort zweimal zu Abend gegessen (hätte mehr Fleisch/Garnelen enthalten können!!!) und haben die Idylle (ausser zur Safari) nicht verlassen (müssen). Die Liegestühle auf der netten Terrasse sowie im Restaurant wären mit entsprechenden Auflagen/Polstern noch schöner und gemütlicher. Gerne wieder!!!

Le bungalow est très confortable, propre et spacieux. La piscine est super. Le personnel est accueillant et au petit soin. Restaurant top et petit déjeuner également ! Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps!

This place is a true heaven in sri lanka. Its like jungle style with beutiful pool and wonderful garden. We didnt eat but tripadvisor says they have one of best restaurants. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Also pool is big and clean for swimming. Owner can arrange you safari in yala (but yala safari for my opinion is waste of money, overcrowded and we hardly saw any animal).

No card payment (like in most other srilankan hotels). Far away of everything (but this is maybe a good thing)
