Zeus Eleva Mirabello Bay

We had an amazing stay at Zeus Mirabello. The hotel is beautiful, the beaches are lovely, the pools are great, and the whole place honestly feels unreal. It is a stunning location and we had such a good time overall. The only things that could be improved are the communication around the all-inclusive package and the friendliness of some staff. At times, the rules felt a bit unclear or strange, such as not being able to get coffee at the buffet, or not being able to use some of the restaurants even though we were all-inclusive. These things were not explained very well when we arrived, so it was a little confusing. That said, the hotel itself is amazing, the facilities are beautiful, and we still had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend it, but I think clearer explanations about what is and isn’t included would make the experience even better.

The staff were terrific

The only downside was the food. There was a wide selection but not great tasting. Can’t order room service after 10 so I’m glad I got half board because the snacks for all inclusive.

Bardzo ograniczony wybór win, białe nie do picia. Zachowanie Barmana w głównym barze na poziomie recepcji niedopuszczalne! Niewybredne uwagi zupełnie nie na miejscu. Opinie pozytywne na temat Putina!?!? Kto to jest i czy on nie wie, że jest w pracy?!! Niedopuszczalne!!!

Breakfast buffet offered a complete range. Location was good but even walking to the local town was not practical with poor footpaths and a lack of safe walking options.

The hotel felt remote from local businesses outside of it

The property was pretty new/renovated and very clean everywhere. Rooms were nicely decorated. The staff at the reception and the person that took me and my luggage to my room was very polite and friendly. The housekeeping was very good at what they were doing. I had to call the housekeeping twice to my room and in both times they were very warm and helpful. I also received a breakfast upgrade at the exclusive lounge and a dinner at Mezedaki, by Matthew (from guest relations - I guess). Very polite and thoughtful of them... Many thanks. The beach was beautiful; the sea was perfect to swim in. I did not try the swimming pools; so I cannot say anything about them. So, all in all the staff gets 5 stars from me <3

The hotel was fully booked when I was there. So, it was difficult to find sunbeds at the beach. Some of the parasols were broken. The food at the main restaurant was ok but nothing spectacular. Lastly, there is an urgent need of good coffee in the restaurant. The coffee from the machine was very bad. The hotel is advertised as 5 stars but definitely is below that. Still, it is a solid 4.5 stars for me. The food quality and the upkeeping of the beach area needs improvement.
