"Got great potential"

Mons was very pleasant & garden peaceful on arrival day. Quirky room! Very tastful in parts. Excellent breakfast.

Being on 2nd floor up crikety wooden stairs to a large room with no window! Saw no instructions for fire escape. No pool 2nd day as trees in garden being chopped down all day. NO restaurant as advertised!

Zeer rustig, op wandelafstand van prima restaurants.

Het ontbijt was aan een zeer grote vierkante tafel, zonder muziek. Wat ongemakkelijk. Niet overdreven keuze.

"Prima hotel voor op doorreis."

Prima hotel voor op doorreis. Privé parkeren op eigen terrein. Ontbijt erg basic. Stad is op 10min loopafstand.

Misschien kwam het door het tijd van het jaar dat we er waren (april) maar de stad zelf maakte een troosteloze indruk ondanks de mooie gebouwen.

"A charming place for a stop over."

A charming house, pleasant and helpful owner and staff, a very pleasant stop-over. A large comfortable bedroom, good bed.

I assumed we would be able to book an evening meal, but this was not available. There is an excellent restaurant just across the river, so no problem.
