Second day better than first, but overall good.

Stairs to room not expected as previous stays on access with lift. Need to check if staying again.

Most amazing breakfast and lovely staff

My room was a bit noisy but that is probably expected for a weekend and being next to a pub. Not the hotels fault.

This is a well placed hotel for walking to where you need to be, its a clean and comfortable hotel, staff are lovely, very good choice for breakfast, we would stay here again when visiting Leamington

The pillows on the bed, not very comfortable and the keyring for the room keys are a bit big, the carpets on the stairs are getting a bit threadbare and the rooms could do with a lick of paint

Good central location on nice tree lined road. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Paying £12 to park overnight (I’ve never had this before but it’s probably normal in cities?) The curtains weren’t good at blocking the light. The bathroom was a bit “tired”. Limited outside space to sit.

Reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended and booked restaurants for us. Opened the bar on request and were great company. Posted my daughters charger back with quickly and cheerfully

A couple of the breakfast staff were unhelpful, verging on rude. Would not let us sit together, restricted the tables in use, just said that the coffee machine was broken without offering to make a pot. No smiles at all

Pleasant room and very good breakfast.

V good location- we had not been to L S before so were pleased to find so many things to do within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful on the phone and when we arrived. EV charging on site (cable required).

We knew we might be on the 3rd floor without a lift but decided it didn't matter. Some people might wish to check this by phone before booking.

Excellent, helpful staff were my stand out in the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location is fantastic.
