Very out dated. Poor bathroom, very expensive for what it was.

Had to laugh at the "bonus questions" - not sure it's a bonus to us who're being asked the questions. This isn't a prize winning game show LOL

The fact that they charge for parking

Our checkin was fast and our room on the ground floor overlooking a street. It was larger than I expected, cosy and warmly decorated with some nice toiletries in the bathroom. The addition of a bath was most welcome! The bed was so comfortable.

The TV wasn't connected to the WiFi and it took some time to figure out who to get it connected, with a trip to reception required. I would have preferred to have had Nespresso rather than the coffee granules that were provided. A few more tea choices would have been welcome. I was worried that the room would be noisy because it was on a corridor off the main reception areas but it was quiet.

We love this Hotel and always stay when we visit family nearby. Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

There is nothing to dislike really Only a minor thing perhaps the car park if you can't get a space but there is parking nearby. We parked over the road to the Hotel on the Saturday night as car park was full and it was fine. This was the only time we couldn't get into the Angel car park and we have stayed here many times.

Everything Exceptional breakfast, comfortable room with lift access good bar with draught beer and cider comfortable seating. Great location to parks, restaurants, multiple high street retail and local shops. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to friends and we will stay in this hotel again.
