Das freundliche Personal an der Bar und im Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Die Heizung im Zimmer konnte nicht reguliert werden.

Breakfast was great. Varying menu. High number of different food.

Logistics was pretty poor. Narrow room for the food. Coffee machine should be moved to a separate place to avoid queue. Another important issue: my wife slipped and fell just outside the changing room. Good that we are not Americans - they would have sued you!

Heel vriendelijk personeel! Mooie en ruime kamer. Het ontbijt uitgebreid en superlekker. Het avondmenu met keuze lekker en mooi opgediend. Ruim en goed wijnaanbod!

From our arrival we were given an amazing personal service. The hotel staff were expecting us, the room was so comfy and inviting, beds made up in a lovely way. The restaurant greeted us by name and assigned us our own table for the whole stay. The waiting staff treated us like royalty, gave fantastic recommendations and tended to whatever we needed, catering for amendments to the menu to suit our 12 year old. The ski bus was like having your own personal chauffeur and on an early check out they packed us a take away breakfast!
