Location & staff were the best, room was spacious & clean.

Our room overlooked a dump site with noises from generators. Breakfast was not 4* quality with very few choices. For the price we paid for the room it was way too expensive and no value for money as its more a 3 star level than a 4 star hotel. The rooms overlooking the storage area should be greatly reduced in price.

"Terrible Experience"

On Saturday evening there was an extremely loud disco going on at Serafino’s until 3:00am. The music and the punters were so loud we could hear exactly what they were shouting from our room. Needless to say we could not sleep until the music stopped. I know the party was not in the hotel but it didn’t help us. Unfortunately it spoilt the positive experience our visit could have been and I will most certainly not be returning. For anyone who is thinking of visiting be aware that this party takes place every Saturday. Funnily enough none of the reviews on the hotel’s website refer to this issue. It makes me wonder if the hotel does not post negative reviews
