I had an incredible stay at Shiva Shankara Hotel in Kathmandu! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, which made it so convenient for my daily visits. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, offering a serene atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The staff is exceptionally kind and always willing to help with any request, from organizing transportation to recommending local spots. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurant, which offered a great mix of local and international cuisine. Overall, Shiva Shankara Hotel is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and worry-free stay near one of Kathmandu’s most important cultural sites. Highly recommended!

The owner of the hotel prajwol is a GEM. he was so supportive from the time my tickets were booked till dropping me till the airport. Never seen a hotelier who can think so much for a customer. He has helped us with nepali currency , Sightseeing and complimentary airport shuttle. He was not well still he came to meet me as he wants to create a good relationship between his customers. I really liked the overall gesture from all the staff , its just that the rooms are small , otherwise food is best and cheap and behaviour is to the next level.

Size of room and bathroom , good for individuals.
