The welcome note message received from hotel side with contact information. They clarify each and every enquiry without hesitation. I would like to appreciate their immediate responses and friendly approach.

The location of the place is good. The staff who run the hotel are nice, and helpful. The manager is a good person who likes hosting people and would give you some local trivia about the area and local tourist spots. Overall a nice experience but the stay was not the best.

The staff were good but they were not so careful. The rooms are not good and are not as advertised. Some facilities are ok, but most things need to be hugely improved. Small rooms, not great toilet facilities.

Cleanliness of the waste bucket is a bit matter of concern, Tv remote control was not working and ceiling fan was making noise.
