Seven Wonders B&B

Our room was Tsitsikamma forest The location was easy to find on Google maps. They have good customer service as i was emailed prior arrival to discuss breakfast since its not included in the booking fee. Upon arrival we were shown our room and all questions we had were answered honestly. 1st impression was extraordinary hence we decided to extend our stay for one more night. WIFI is fast and the views are beautiful. We were allowed to checkout at 11am. Had a balcony which was good for tranquility purposes. Its so nice and quiet one gets to meditate. The garden is so beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was served according to our requested time and was so appetising. For Germaphobes sanitizer is provided.

The location is far away from town like 11km away from Port shepstone. The rooms are fairly spacious as everything is closely packed. I doubt the facility is wheelchair accessible as there are steps everywhere. Won't mention how many times I had hit my toes on the mini platform that separates the bath from the bedroom. Toilet is in the confined space as its close to the shower. On our 1st night we had power outage but rechargeable light was provided. We last had hot and steamy shower on our 1st night after that water was just look warm which was torture. No microwave in the room one had to walk all the way to the dining hall. Bed is so uncomfortable and noisy as if it has seen better days. Fridge is tiny and limiting. Its hard to access the intercom while in the car.

Service was extremely poor No hot water They don’t answer the phone They must just close the pace and convert it to family house than a lodge seems like they don’t even understand what is hospitality I honestly regret booking seven wonders
