I liked nothing about how my matter was handled.

Booking for two days confirmed by mistake... requested they refund at least one day, they flatly refused... i never trust such people because it's clearly more about money rather than creating a great customer experience for the client. My dates were supposed to be in August, I've chosen another place.

Breakfast was good, on top off that I don't eat pork , but they manage to get something for at a short notice

Everything was in order, besides load shading which is every where
