Una casa antigua muy estilo colonial con jardines internos y una hermosa terraza las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño muy chico, poco espacio para poner las cosas.. Pero es muy limpio y la atención es de primera

La ubicación favorece desplazarse caminando a varios lugares de forma rápida y segura

Las camas no eran muy cómodas, creo que es tiempo de renovarlas

Falta coordinación y que dejaran en la recepción personal que no podian resolver situaciones e imprevistos

The location is great and it's beside a big grocery store which is very convenient. It was quite clean and the maid was always cleaning. Our room was cleaned every day. Free coffee, tea and purified water available throughout the day.

It was a bit overpriced for what you got. The room is very small and we just had two carry-on backpacks, hard to manoeuvre and nowhere to put anything. The windows open to the hallway and it was really noisy...you could hear everything. Bring earplugs. Contrary to the hotel description, the hotel does not offer breakfast. They refer you to the small restaurant adjacent to them. The lady who owns the restaurant likes to add random additional amounts to your bill, so be prepared and only give her the exact amount. Breakfast was supposed to be Q29, for some weird reason she always added on 5 or 6 quetzals. Also don't have her coffee with breakfast, it's terrible..you might as well drink the hotel instant stuff for free. The hotel needs to improve it's communication. Trying to get responses via Booking dot com messaging, was like pulling teeth.
