Grand Millennium Sulaimani

We stayed as a family and booked five rooms. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The city view from the hotel was outstanding. The location was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Gulan at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. Ms. Nima was also extremely helpful and friendly. Their hospitality made our stay memorable

We did not have breakfast, so we cannot comment on it. Everything else was excellent.

The AC of room in second day is broken and the pool it was not clean and the Tennis court it for rental not available for Guests _*

تعجبني النظافة و سرعة أستجابة الطاقم لطلباتي، كما أعجبني الموقع و سهولة الوصول الى جميع أنحاء مدينة سليمانية، كما أعجبني تنوع و جودة البوفية المفتوح لوجبة الفطور كما اعجبني ان المسبح الداخلي و السبا و حمام البخار (ساونا) بدون مقابل ضمن اجرة حجز الغرفة.

لم يعجبني الكلفة العالية للاقامة و كذلك لم يعجبني كلفة وجبة الفطور المبالغ بها لنزلاء الفندق و كذلك لم يعجبني عدم فتح المسبح الخارجي في هذا الوقت من السنه حيث ابلغت من الطاقم بأن المسبح يفتح بعد 15 حزيران. كما لم يعجبني ان الجاكوزي كان عاطلا. لم يعجبني ايضا ان التدليك يتطلب دفع مبالغ اضافية
