Grand Millennium Sulaimani

This review is from someone who visited many hotels in suly and erbil from 3 stars to 5 so im gonna be soo fair The reception are ok buts its not nice at all to wait 5min and when your turn comes, one of the staff ignore u and go to solve someone else problem that just came, respect order or excuse at least. + I booked at 9am and when i call he tell me check in in 2 pm, thats ok, i came in 2pm and the booking still confirmed and then he ask me to wait extra 1 hour.? Then i went into the room and didn't find the extra bed that they are aware off since 9am cause the booking says 3 guests. The room is clean, the bathroom is tidy. The sauna and jacuzzi are good, however, the room for 2-3 people is small. Staff asking for a positive review on booking while i just got the key card. I mean i think they should ask for it after the checkout which they already did and gave a present but whatever im gonna be honest. The nice thing about the checkout that it was fast and clean, staff lovely.

The indoor pool have kids and small while the outdoor pool is closed. It doesnt looks good at all. The bar and bistro in 19th floor, Small and the worse than that is the bar captain asking me and a friend of mine to leave because the bar set ( even when it is empty ) are for families only or couples and there is only 1 table that is for men only and its full. I've visited many bars and never seen worse than that one, even in 3-4 stars hotels, the bar is much better in price, staff professionalism and size as The sauna and jacuzi closed at 10pm and spa closed in 9 pm this is poor.

The staff were very friendly and professional, the place is clean and has a good view .. totally worth the money

اطلالة جميلة جدا

الغرفة ضيقة جدا وتوجد باب داخليه متصله مع الغرفة الثانية ، الحمام بدون خصوصية بسبب شباك واخيرا المسبح صغير جدا والجاكوزي متعطل لايعمل

فندق رائع ويستحق لقب افضل فندق في السليمانيه..الغرف ممتازة والخدمه رائعه

نطافة المسبح و غرف التبديل و غرف الغسل الخاصة بالمسبح لم تكن نظيفة بالمستوى المطلوب
