Nice breakfast and the lady preparing it always smiling and servicable. BÊxcellent cleaning and the cleaning lady always available, smiling and helpfull.

Unfortunetly besides above smiling and agreable staff, everybody else working there need to be a little more smiling & friendly. It is sad for a beautifull place like this to have an unfriendly service. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel and you need to pay extra for it. It is also open to outside guests and children open air colonies. The day we went and the moment we arrived and paid, one of the kids "releaved himself" in the pool and so we have been asked to get out in order to clean it. We did not want to wait or to reenter to a pool with fisies and asked to be reimbursed (8Euros) but the staff told us that it was not their mistake. Not very customer oriented action! Too bad because the hotel position and everything else are fabulous.

Good size rooms , very clean and comfortable beds and massive balcony patio area ! Nice pool area
