Casablanca Hotel

Very sweet lovely family run business overlooking the rolling hills of olive grooves. The balcony overlooking them was spectacular. The desserts were home made and very delicious. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable

Shower stall a tad small

I loved this property and everyone who worked there! I never wanted to leave! The rooms are amazing and the food was second to none. I ate nona's homemade pasta for lunch and will never be the same!

Beautiful, modern, clean hotel, with stunning views and lovely staff

Very poor communications. I asked if we could have dinner via email 6 hours before, either no reply. The aircon did not work. Big list of minibar items, but only water in there. Bathroom light goes out after 2 minutes in the shower. Staff seem untrained and property doesn't appear to be checked for functionality.

From the very friendly welcome to the handshakes as we left it was a great stay. The room was large and the balcony could have held 30 people at least. The views were stunning as well. Dinner was excellent , nothing fancy pizza being prepared in full view on one side of the kitchen and the remaining dishes on the menu on the other. The night was quite and we slept without interruption. Breakfast can be taken in the room or back in the restaurant. The lady spoke I’m not sure how many languages and talked to everyone in their own language while we helped ourselves to the large buffet . We were sorry to be leaving that morning . What a place what a team running it.

This is no complaint but merely a fun thought . Whilst obviously Casa Blanca is White House in Italian , it might be fun perhaps in the bar area to make some reference to that other great Casablanca one of the greatest movies ever with Humphrey Boggart and Ingrid Bergman in the lead roles.

This is a great place to stay for a stopover/stay out of season - in season ( June - Mid Sept ) the dominant factor is the Swimming Pool (and Restaurant) - Restaurant was very active when we stayed , which was great for us and so we enjoyed a good meal . Luckily being very cold and early October , swimming pool was out of action. Apart from that I think the rooms or " Hotel " part of the establishment a bit neglected , check in was OK but clear that concentration was on the Restaurant which was fair enough..Anyway the most amazing thing was them serving breakfast in the Room at 9.45 , which we never experienced before in Italy where Breakfast is included . And the Breakfast was really good with Scrambled eggs , toast , Croissants everything we ordered . Room was also very pleasant with 2 Single beds as requested and enormous balcony with a super view of Civitanova Marche . If in the Marche out of season definetely will return here . !!

No plastic cups or glasses provided in the room nor free water and coffee machine didnt work . Automatic lights in the bathroom a bit off putting and a bit over the top from the Eco point of view .

Lovely bedroom. Huge balcony with view. A very good breakfast was prepared by an exceptional lady who cooks pancakes and omelets to order!

The slightly drunken singing from the pool bar which, I believe, is run by a different group.

Smiling staff and always available even though we arrived at 01h00 in the night instead of 23h00. They waited!!!

I would love a bit better breakfast
