LUXURY VACATION HOME! ADD A GOLF CART!!

We really liked the location and how close we were to everything. We loved the serenity of the pool area. The only problem was 2 staff members used their key to enter our room without announcing their entrance. The said "you aren't checking out", although it was 8:30 am and we didn't check out till the next day. Staff does a great job of keeping the common areas very clean.

Staff entering our room without cause. Luckily, we had just finished dressing. Also, there wasn't any paper towels in the common area until the last day. We had to go buy some ourselves. We aren't picky, but for the price we paid we expected paper goods to be furnished.

Great location and shared amenities.

Door codes for private rooms shared among guests. Had the next guest staying open our door before checkout time.

We loved the decor and how clean everything was. Loved the light scent of the house upon entering. The whole house was spotless. The common areas were lovely. We played a game of Pac-Man. We were in #4 the Turquoise suite. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne on the rooftop deck one night. We made coffee in the Keurig machine in the kitchen and watched the sunrise on the rooftop deck too. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. We used the beach chairs and umbrella several times and this was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about it!

Cannot think of anything we didn’t like. Having bikes available for use would be nice but can understand the maintenance of them could be prohibitive.

Great location, very clean and modern, comfortable bedroom, nice bathrooms, great outside space

I didn’t like sharing common spaces and being watched on video surveillance in those spaces

The communal kitchen and living area was a great space. We got great use out of them. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. There was a recycling bin out front which was very welcome. It's the first one we've found after two weeks in several accommodations in Florida so top marks to the owners.

Sound travelled easily so we were very conscious of disturbing others while watching TV. It might explain why ear plugs were left in our room.

The suite itself was beautiful

I was woke up at 8 am by two cleaning ladies yelling to each other in Spanish and banging noises above my head @8 in the morning oh yeah intercom speakers with music and then I have another guest putting their luggage outside my suite door telling me that they were supposed to be in my suite at and I wasn’t due to check out till 11 and then I spoke to a so called representative simply dismissed me when I brought this to their attention I plan on pursing them with the owner of the property it was a complete waste I was rushed out and treated like as if I didn’t or don’t work a 9-5 job and paid good money to stay there

Area was close proximity to Bridge Street

Room very small. Felt like I was living out of my suitcase. At times very noisy with sound of heavy trucks (early morning). In fairness Maria told me that we could leave and she would refund our money. Nice gesture but was not going to look for something at last minute.
