USStaff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and walking distance to lifts.
Property advertised as a 4 star hotel. Was in reality 2 star . Bathrooms old and need of updating. Hot water in sink was nonexistent. Shower was small . No shelves to place soap and shampoo. Furniture was thread bare. In desperate need of an upgrade. Breakfast was nothing special. Dinner was a good value.
