Room was very spacious, bed very comfy. Shower, very good and water hot. Location was good and accessibility. Parking very good and spacious car park. Breakfast was not perfect - adequate but not brilliant. Cleanliness and housekeeping was fantastic, sundries topped up every day.

Breakfast was a little mean for the price. Couldn’t swap without a charge.

There was nothing to dislike

The staff were very helpful. I called up the morning of our arrival and asked for an early check-in on the 17th May which they arranged for us. But in particular the gentleman who was managing breakfast on the 18th May, (unfortunately I didn't get his name) he was absolutely brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly clean. We have booked to stay there again.

Room was a little tatty and the shower room was small. The property would benefit from Aircon as it was noisy with the windows open.

Room was clean and comfortable , the firmness of the bed was to our liking , heating in the room worked well and the shower was very good . The entry system for guests was well thought out and made us feel safe.

On one night the sound of something like an air conditioning unit or pump meant it took a while to sleep . Other 2 nights were fine. One of the night lights on the headboard doesn't work and the shade was at an odd angle. Couldn't mention this to anyone because we left early before any staff were on duty.

Clean and smart, room was large and walk in shower.

View was awful literally looked out to a wall and awful humming noise kept my son awake. We couldn’t work out where it was coming from.
