Maintenance of bathroom needs to improve shower leaked over floor sink slow to drain

The helpfulness of the staff. The location was good with free parking( as it's very expensive to park in Brighton). Good breakfast included. The room was comfortable and clean. Also great to be able to eat on site in the evening.

Could have done with water in the room on the complimentary drinks tray. A minor detail.

Location - very easy to find, lots of free parking, comfortable beds. Everything you needed was in the room. Excellent breakfast, and evening meal.

Food was great

Beds uncomfortable, mould in bathroom, huge step up into bathroom, overcharged for our meal, management found it difficult to rectify this issue and you had no green tea.
