The room service staff are very good and very helpful. I have stayed 3 times.

I have booked through booking.com and confirmed with the reservation lady that I will be checking in early morning at 5 am with a king-size bed. It was confirmed by her, but when I arrived at the hotel, the Front office guys were sleeping, not bothering me. When I woke up they came and started saying that only a single bedroom was available. I said I needed a king-size bed, but the front office regretted giving it. At the same time, he started to argue with me( you can check CCTV). After a long argument, he provided room for me. I was very disappointed with him. He has a very bad attitude.
