Food at bfst was excellent

Wasnt clean. The entire floor had water leakage in the walls

The restrooms could be cleaner

The room was not well-maintained, and there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable: Musty Smell: The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to be due to moisture or poor ventilation. It was very difficult to relax or feel comfortable in the space because of this. Mosquito Infestation: There were extreme numbers of mosquitoes in the room, which made it impossible to rest peacefully. Despite being in a [climate zone], I would have expected the hotel to provide basic measures like nets, repellents, or screens to address this issue. Room Maintenance: The general upkeep of the room was lacking, and it did not meet the standard I expected. Overall, my stay was not pleasant due to these issues, and I would suggest that the property management take immediate action to improve both the room maintenance and pest control services. I hope to see these issues resolved for future guests.
