Hotel is in very good location for visiting Bologna, Modena and Maranello. Near the hotel you can find many shops. In the same building is a very good restaurant. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and big.

The Pizzeria attached to the hotel is excellent.

The room interior is very dated - all the power sockets are of the old Italian type so I could not plug any appliances in. There was no water in the bathroom in the morning.

"Useful place to stay"

Hotel was near where we wanted to be and was easy to find. The facilities were fine.

The vegetation on the roadside made spotting the hotel slightly difficult, it could have been easily missed
