"Well... ok to stay when you have no place to stay.."

Air condition in room (loud but ok... its good to have it) bright room because of big window, and big comfortable bed.

Generally ok... but bad internet, rusty shower, and leaking toilet with not enough flush power in toilet to flush.. you know what.. no access to anything necessary to stay for few nights with basic comfort - water boiler at least- nothing. and loud restaurant just under the rooms. You cant do much about the restaurant.. but the rest deffinetly possible to improve with minimum cost.
