Ac didn't work and staff took very little interest to try to fix it. We had to sleep in the balcony as it was unbearable in the room.

La formule demi-pension avec un buffet (contenant des mets raffinés et variés), une entrée, plat principale et dessert d'une grande qualité et d'un très bon rapport qualité - prix. Chambre avec un joli balcon. Une originalité c'est le lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain qui peut s'avérer pratique pour être deux à ce préparer en même temps.

This is a fantastic complex with good outdoor area, bar pool etc, private beach, you can book 2 sun loungers with table and umbrella around pool or on beach for you whole stay for €2 per day, good on-site parking. Bar has live entertainment a lot of nights. We only had breakfast included in or booking, but upon check in we were told we could also have dinner for €20, for our 4 night stay we took up this offer, the salad bar was some of the best and freshest I have seen, with a choice for starters, main and sweets.

Like a lot of hotels in italy English is a struggle but not a problem

The rooms were basic but providwd everything we needed. The best part was the hotel's location by the water. It was nice to simply step out and be right by the lake instead of walking up and down the hill to other hotels. We also were able to walk into town along the lake. Breakfast at Hotel Ideal was great! There were lots of options to choose from and the views of Lake Garda from the breakfast area were absolutely stunning. An added bonus for us was the electric car charger available for our rental, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area. It offers excellent value, a fantastic location, and a great breakfast experience.

Centrale was within walking distance. Ferries within walking distance. Lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was beyond great.

The parking lot was across the street, but not too far away from the hotel. Wasn’t really told about the amenities i.e. the pool, etc..
