Beautiful Hotel . Stayed in March for the marathon. Lovely room , great leisure facilities. Outside areas of the hotel so beautiful! Lovely pool area and direct access to the lake ! Breakfast was amazing! Short walk along the lake shore to Limone. Friendly , attentive staff !

We visit hotel ideal couple of times for its beautiful location and pro family policy. The quality of the hotel has been unchanging from 10 years, which can be as well a pros and a coin. It is a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion it shouldnt be, it ranks between 3,5 star. The hotel consist of about 8 buildings, offers tennis courts, gym, two big outside swimming pools, one indoor pool and acces to the lake by its privat beach. Rooms are average, a little bit old, style 2000’, but they are comfy and clean. The main restaurant (for breakfast and dinner) area is very big, so it can be very noisy sometimes. The food is average, the hotel is more focused on big amount of food than on the quality. The smaller restaurant “pussy cat” is open between breakfast and dinner and after dinner, it offers good prices for drinks, lunch specials and desserts. The staff is really nice, they speak Italian. English, German and native languages based on their origins. We were loyal to this hotel for more than 10 years, but we are not likely to revisit again - the lack of other tourist than German ones, especially when you are visiting Italy is killing the climate of your holiday (don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against German, but when visiting Italy I am more likely to spend my time among Italian ppl than feeling like in Germany).

This is really a great hotel. The pool is clean and you can lay at the pool or at the lake. The rooms are clean and big, the bed is comfortable and there is a big bathroom. At breakfast you have a lot of choice, they even have Prosecco. For dinner you can choose between 4 suppers and 4 main courses. And the food is really delicious. Also at the grill restaurant by the pool. BUT. And this is really a disadvantage! Most of the receptionists didn't or couldn't speak English. In the restaurant it was even worse. We found nobody who speaked English. They didn't understand words like: lemon tea, grapes and strawberry. This is the ideal hotel for people who speak German or Italian, but for us it was hard to communicate if you don't speak that kind of languages.

Just lovely cosy hotel in the middle of heaven.. I just loved it..but I love whole Italy..wherever I go. Great food, nice people..amazing viewes.. what do expect more. Just go for it.. today! you will not regret.

great location, rooms don't match per night price. Uncomfortable beds, super flat pillow. too many rules, too many deposits. Shocking arrogance of certain staff members, poor customer service! Dinner, soft cooked Spaghetti in Italy! Nice Sauna and Wellness area, Umbrellas have to be reserved! Overall not terrible but overpriced and snippy service!
