Amazing host. Very welcoming, such a great place to stay!

Everyone was wonderful and helpful The hotel was incredibly clean and warm with lots of bright windows. Could not be easier to park in their underground garage which make packing up all of our gear and keeping snow off the car a breeze. Parking was also complimentary so it was nice to not incur an additional cost. Breakfast every morning was very nice and a great spread. Super easy to get to the ski hill in the morning as well! Could not be more happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

Nothing, everything was great

We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast and coffee was amazing and we were made to feel so welcome. Close to the ski lifts and a short walk to the village. Nothing was a bother and we loved the warm atmosphere of the entire place.

Very warm and kind host. Perfect location - quiet but close to lifts, no car needed really to move around. Very good breakfast, new interior and SPA facilities.

The hotel and staff were fantastic, the owner was really involved and provided us with brilliant recommendations and really helped us when out on the slopes! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Nice view from the balcony, covered parking garage. Clean modern. Boot warmer wall. Nice spa (though not open for very long- 4:30-7 and you pay extra for the whirlpool)

Cold forced hospitality. The location is the furtherest point from the city center. Glad we had a car. We used most of the time. Would have rather stayed at a nicer accommodation outside of town . The beds extremely hard and unpleasant. We got very little sleep due to the discomfort of the beds and the paper thin walls. Every footstep above us kept us awake most nights. We couldn’t ever get the rooms to cool down, always hot. “Breakfast” was … nonexistent, other than some expired fruit and pastries. Which the host insisted we pay for in addition to our $1000 “B&B” booking which CLEARLY advertises “complimentary breakfast” My partner asked for eggs one day which was provided begrudgingly along with the coffee. We decided against inconveniencing them for breakfast after that, even after paying extra for it. We stayed at numerous places around the area, this was by far our least favorite stay. An unfortunate choice on my birthday 😔 These folks clearly aren’t In for the hospitality.

Hotel owner, Renata, was great, helpful and very friendly. We’ve enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel looks new, and it was very clean. It is very easy to get to the ski slopes, it’s 100-200m on foot from the nearest ski slope. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Eggs were available on request. Gluten free and lactose free options are available as well, on request. Room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view.

No major issues. It’s a bit harder to get back from skiing to room, as it’s uphill, and getting to the city also has uphill parts. We like to walk so it wasn’t an issue for us.
