Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist ungeschützt der Umwelt ausgesetzt (zum Beispiel Tauben, die darin baden). Es fehlen Sonnenschirme, um verweilen zu können. Schade, denn die Idee mit der Wellnesszone auf dem Dach wäre eigentlich gut. Schade auch die schlechte Hotel- und Restaurantauslastung, vermutlich aufgrund der vielen alten Google Bewertungen aus der Zeit vor dem Umbau. Das Management muss da aktiv werden.

One small thing, pigeon droppings round the top of the jacuzzi and the birds landing about when you’re laying on the roof terrace. Could do with some deterrent like a false hawk or something like to scare them away.

Not worth the price – disappointing experience We stayed here for a weekend and unfortunately this hotel didn’t meet our expectations, especially compared to another hotel in the same area where we had stayed just a few days earlier. Firstly, the city tax was higher here (2.50€/person/night) than at the other hotel nearby (2€/person/night), apparently because this one is listed with more stars. However, the overall quality did not reflect that. Parking was one of the biggest issues. The hotel did not offer free or dedicated parking, only a paid option for 18€/day (which they rounded to total of 64€) at a nearby, non-guarded lot next to an industrial building. We ended up parking elsewhere for (14€/day and total of 28€), which the previous hotel had offered us for free. The hotel’s response to our early check-out request was also poor – we had clearly informed them we would leave very early in the morning, yet the reception was closed and cleaners told us that it opens at 7. The breakfast was the worst part. The cold cuts and cheese were limp and looked like they had been sitting out in the heat for hours. Bread was pre-packaged and tasteless. There was very little fresh food, and juices were poured from cheap supermarket cartons into glass jugs. The pastries included slices of a €1.99 supermarket cake cut into pieces. Coffee from the machine splashed everywhere and if you wanted espresso from the proper machine, it cost extra.. After eating the breakfast, my partner got food poisoning and was sick with stomach issues the whole day – which ruined a good part of our trip. The room itself was fine: clean and decent, but nothing special. The rooftop pool was a nice touch. Still, the overall experience felt like we were being charged extra for everything, without the service or quality to justify it. Compared to another hotel just 200 meters away – which was cheaper, had excellent breakfast, several free parking options, and warm service.

The staff were great and very friendly. The view from the room was exceptional! The cleaning staff were great and went over and above. The rooftop wasn’t busy and was very relaxing. The location was also excellent.

If anything, the breakfast could have had more options for hot food.

Location perfect. Potentially a great place, but sadly lacking in customer focus. Could very easily be improved.

- Access to rooftop & pool was limited (no access after 7pm)..... when sunsets were at 9pm! Disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we selected this accommodation. - Parking - told no parking included via booking.com when we arrived ..... but free if booking direct as shown on their website. Offered parking at 16 euro a day to park on a piece of land/ dirt in a back yard! - Poor bathroom/ shower design - resulting in shower water flooding from bathroom floor into main room. - Only one bottle opener in the whole place (the bar). So we purchased our own.

The location was perfect

We chose the hotel because we saw very good reviews on Booking. But to be honest, we weren’t very satisfied. The price was quite high compared to what we received. The room and cleanliness were fine, and the location was also good. But the breakfast was disappointing — the coffee was terrible, there was little variety, and items that ran out weren’t replenished in time. The staff wasn’t very friendly — they had quite a sour attitude. What bothered me the most was that checkout was at 11:00, and exactly at 11:00 — not a minute later — they called the room to ask if everything was okay because they needed to clean. Honestly, I felt very rushed. After all, we’re traveling with a baby and a lot of stuff, and for just 5 extra minutes, they made us end our stay with a bitter taste.

The hotel was beautifully kept and immaculate. It had a lovely friendly feel about it and a lot of thought had gone into the rooms and what was included. The staff were so helpful especially the reception staff and the position was amazing overlooking the Lake.
