The friendliness of the staff!

The internet in the room didn’t work. It wasn’t a big problem.

I was stranded at the airport at 1am. this was the nearest hotel I could find. I woke the lady up and she was so helpful. room was clean bed comfortable and no stress at all. they also sorted me out a taxi to the centre which was cheaper than a bolt. stayed and had some lunch there and good value for money and the waitress couldn't do more to help. would definitely recommend

Location was in a industrial area, but near the airport. Nice Restaurant

Staff can't speak or understand English. Had multiple problems with hot water. Beds are uncomfortable and not very sturdy. No kettle, cups or cutlery in the room. No swimming pool as advertised. Bright light shining all through the night. Laundry was very expensive. Room floor was very dusty.paid extra for a bigger room when we got there, but had to wait almost an hour for them to sort it out.

Good location 10 min taxi from airport,which hotel organised. Front of staff were very helpful. Also had a decent restaurant.

Close to the airport. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Takes credit cards.
