Russian or georgian is needed to communicate with the recpetionist, luckily my school russian was enough to make myself understood and to understand. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. The check-in and check-out were easy. She even booked a taxi for me and was kind enough to knock at my room door shortly before it arrived (despite it being 2am). Great service and friendly staff.

When people check in later in the evening or at night, they can be very loud and it's very audible in your hotel room. The room smelled like people have smoked in there before.

It is close to the airport. That was a decisive aspect.
