La ubicación del hotel

La atención del personal no es buena, no nos sentimos en ningún momento en un 4 o 5 estrellas como dicen ser. Los precios son elevados para el servicio brindado, piscinas sucias, habitación con cisterna rota, instalaciones en malas condiciones.

El lugar y el personal.

Nos tocó un finde largo y el desayuno era caotico, poca comida y 2 funcionarios para atender el servicio, el huésped que llegó tarde al desayuno, no comió, no había reposición ni nadie que limpiará mesas. Poco funcionarios, poca planificación para un hotel lleno. No hay mantenimiento.

Loved the hot springs and hotel room shower fed by the hot springs. It was super convenient to have dinner at the property. Nice breakfast buffet too.

Horacio Quiroga is a great Hotel. The staff is unbeatable. The location is second to none. The "Sorrentinos" at the restaurant, are a must!!
