Os funcionários são muito gentis. Ar condicionado e chuveiro bom.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, o box do banheiro estava bem sujo, as escadas, os corredores, o chão no geral estava bem sujo. Os quartos que ficam virados para a frente do hotel tem muitoooo barulho, até de madrugada. Impossível dormir. A cama não é muito confortável não.

Os quartos virados para a rua tem o incomodo noturno dos comércios em frente (som alto). Café da manhã pode ser melhor, em quantidade, variedade e qualidade.
