Place was amazing already planning coming back

I think my room was a bit smaller than I expected

The most beautiful idyllic location in a lovely clean hotel. We were lucky to get a sea view room which was stunning but I think most rooms have some view. Good food (we went half board), lovely drinks & only €12 in a taxi to Puerto Pollenca if you want to try somewhere else to eat out or shop. Supermarket over the road for any extras and a few shops also near by meaning you literally have everything you need. We were lucky enough to secure one of the comfy beds overlooking the sea next to the plunge pool on the top floor, definitely recommend getting up early for one of these one day!! The sea is great but a bit rocky - take some shoes you can swim in if you’re worried.

Cleaners could have “cleaned” a bit better. We found the floor was sandy most days which meant we had to clean our feet with a separate towel by the bed before getting in. Don’t rely on the late checkout! It is advertised in the room to pay for the late checkout but when you ask at reception is isn’t likely available. They do have a secure luggage room and a shower space but it gets very hot in there so not great.

Great location by the sea

Room had a bad smell and despite alerting staff of this on day 1, they didn’t respond until the day before we left, to which they said there was no issue and they wouldn’t be doing anything about it (which we had gathered by day 5). Staff were generally inattentive and not particularly welcoming during our stay, did not even say hello or goodbye when they seen you leaving/entering the hotel. Half board doesn’t include any sort of beverage with your meals other than water. So for dinner you would have to buy at the bar if you wanted a juice or wine. Booked a double room but was given a twin room with 2 single beds and single bedding on each bed. The room was very small with everything crammed in. Our view was of the bins/garbage area and we constantly heard bins being filled or emptied, this also didn’t smell pleasant. The toilet had a constant noise of running water. You have to pay for all extras which would usually be included, for example a towel for the pool, hiring the iron etc Food was good, always a great selection and kitchen/dining staff were lovely and very attentive. Cleaning staff were always friendly and said hello in the corridors. Stayed at this hotel previously and absolutely loved our experience which is why we returned for the 3rd time. Sadly will not be returning again.

Food and location to die for! Being so close to the beaches and sea was incredible. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The inclusive cocktails were not great quality (but the bought ones were superior)
