Glorious views - lovely quiet location with magnificent beaches close by

We were located in a room on level 4 right near the lift and services area which was noisy

Dump smell and mold in each room , there is issue with humidity and in my opinion unhealthy to stay there longer, tv don’t work, AC was terrible Noisy, breakfast from 8, sauna from 9. It’s all inclusive place as we found out arriving and that brings all const with it

Fabulous front line hotel, adults only. Bea on reception was super helpful! Lovely decor in the room. Great buffet dinner and breakfast. Miss Grace was an excellent singer in the evening and got many people dancing!

I was disappointed by the buffet, the room was not smelling good and the floor, sink and toilet were dirty

Overall it was good, however you can slowly see that it’s being less taken care of, bathrooms and overall hygiene. Staff was good but maid could pay more attention to cleaning bathrooms more thoroughly.

Hotel was great, exactly what we expected and fab to have two pools to choose from. Lovely staff, rooms were pleasant and food was what we expected, a little basic but lots of options and variety. Bar area was lovely and having so many sun loungers a real bonus. Parking in the village was free which was great as we hired a car. There seemed to be a bus stop outside the hotel which other guests used. We went half board and the drinks were very good value when we did choose to buy them.

Not per se the hotel's fault, but the beaches next to the hotel we were not allowed to swim for the majority of the stay in as the lifeguards deemed the conditions unsafe. We acknowledge this is not the hotels fault and of course safety needs to be prioritised. We choose to drive to cap de formentor instead and had some lovely beach days, but if you were visiting without a hire car this would have been an issue.

Staff was very nice and willing to help, we've got room upgrade after our complain. Food wasn't bad, plenty of vegetarian options.

The first "sea view" room was awful, very dark, and with mould on the wall, and ceiling. The smell out of the air-condition unit was awful.
