This was our first holiday by the sea with my partner. We chose the hotel diligently, seeking a good balance between price and quality. This hotel was just perfect. Pluses: - The staff was very friendly. The women at the reception were nice and always eager to help with all my questions (I had a lot of them). - The cleaning staff was very polite. When I was carrying two glasses and trying to open the door, one of the cleaning ladies helped me—a small detail, but really appreciated. - The cook was very cheerful—I loved how he sang and enjoyed his work while preparing omelettes for the guests. - The food was delicious—we enjoyed every bite. I especially liked the themed evenings dedicated to different cuisines, allowing us to try a variety of dishes. There were also live performances, like the chef preparing pasta in a huge cheese wheel or a woman slicing jamón right in front of the guests. Awesome! - The location of the hotel is like a fairy tale—rocks, crystal-clear water, beautiful sunsets—so inspiring. It felt amazing to read on the beach with these views.

Minuses: - The Wi-Fi connection was poor; I had to reload it almost every day. - The cleanliness of the room was average. While towels were changed and floors washed, I still found my hair and sand on the floor after cleaning (I have long dark hair). - We initially had a half-board plan (breakfast and dinner only), but we switched to all-inclusive when we found out that beverages and cocktails at the buffets were not included for half-board guests. It's a pity that half-board guests couldn't have sangria with dinner. - Despite the breathtaking location, it’s a bit hard to get to the hotel as it's located at the opposite end of the island from the airport, and the hotel doesn’t offer a transfer service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your holiday. It was a lovely experience, and we had a wonderful rest.

Location, food, views and stunning

Noise if you live under the concert room The room walls need renovation, but in general it doesn’t spoil impression of staying.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, the food was ok, We had the posibility to change the lunch with dinner and the parking near the hotel was close(400m approx) if you find spot but we found every day and for free.

We did not like that we received a room which did not look 4 stars and with a high smell of mold. We complained to the front desk officer and stated that the hotel is fully booked today but from next day they will change our room. This didn't happen until we insisted and told them we were leaving the hotel, as we on the first night we slept with the window open and even that didn't get rid of the mold smell. It was needed 4-5 staff members to solve our problem, which they were aware of even before us.

one of the best location hotel in Majorca, I visited in July 2024 and booked sea view room. enjoyed every minute we spent there. breakfast and dinner was Fabulous. although there wasn’t many halal options in dinner but 3 out of four of us did find alternatives options in dinner

The location and beach side was awesome.

Customer service wasn’t top priority there. It’s very evident they are short staffed and when asked for help with something I often got “we don’t offer that service here”. For a 4 star hotel, I was shocked at how little they would do to make your experience more enjoyable. We had to change our rooms because we had an incredibly unpleasant smell of mold throughout the unit, and let’s just say they d did not go above and beyond to help accommodate us for this inconvenience. We finally switched rooms, and the smell wasn’t there. I am surprised they even rent that room out, as the smell was terrible.
