The site is wonderful and the the staff is very dedicated. The pool/beach chairs on the patio is fantastic and the food quality at the buffet is great (only snacks did not meet our personal taste, we would have liked olives while we are in Spain or Pan con aioli or con tomate. The rooms are modern and spacious.

The only thing the staff didn't seem to be too much worried is the fact that the room smelled very moldy. There should be more ventilation in a modern hotel and the ventilation should not stop when the key is not in the room. This is not an inconvenience expected from a 4 stars hotel experience.

The only thing that saved this from not being a zero was the view from our balcony.

The food was inedible. I am Ceoliac and none of the food at the buffet was labelled and a lot of the food was contaminated. I saw many people grab food from the buffet with their hands instead of using the tongs. It was awful. Our room wasn't cleaned and the sheets weren't changed even being stained and dirty. The sunbeds were covered in dust and mud from the rain and stained all our towels and swimwear. My partner got a nasty infection from the pool which wasn't clean. Also the fact you have to pay for the safe in your room is a joke.

Location right on the coast was perfect. Staff always helpful and friendly.

The food was terrible. For the iron you need to pay, but it will not work. For the beach towels you need to pay and only in cash. It’s not 4 stars at all Maximum 2

Terrible food, transportation issues. To iron clothes we needed to pay 10 euros per day. for daily bottle of water in our room needed to pay. There was no hand soap or lotion nor a functional hair dryer. Customer service was appalling. This is NOT a four star hotel felt like a 2 star. Horrific experience.
